Learn the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga in a friendly and supportive environment.
Allowing plenty of time for clear direction in each posture, this gently-paced class is perfect for those new to yoga, returning from a break, or looking for a little more detailed instruction. Following a gentle warm-up, the class will delve into some of the most common standing and seated yoga poses, exploring alignment and breath connection, before winding down to prepare for relaxation.
