You are warmly invited to join us for a nurturing Support & Mini Retreat Day at Four Swans Therapy & Wellness Centre, Duleek.

90 mins Group Therapy with Ciara McEvoy (MIACP, Psychotherapist & Pharmacist) and Antonia Fleeton (MBACP, Integrative Psychotherapist, specialising in cancer support) – guiding you through therapeutic support, resilience, and emotional healing.

Light refreshments

90 mins Holistic Healing with Enda Greene (Energy Healer) – combining breathwork, meditation, and a soothing sound bath for deep relaxation and restoration.
