Breda

Breda is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Bcs Honors degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Breda brings nearly a decade of experience working closely with young people and adults facing complex and sensitive life challenges, with a particular understanding of the lasting impact early life experiences can have on emotional wellbeing.

Breda works with a range of issues including low mood, anxiety, depression, bereavement, and the effects of adverse childhood experiences. She also has a particular interest in supporting clients impacted by life challenges, domestic abuse, attachment difficulties, and those navigating challenging family dynamics. Breda has completed additional training in responding to domestic abuse and brings this awareness into her client work with care and sensitivity.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred, cognitive behavioural, and psychodynamic theories to adapt therapy to suit the individual. At the heart of her work is a commitment to building a respectful, collaborative relationship where each person feels heard, understood, and empowered in their own healing journey.

Breda offers a warm and grounded space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. She values equality, believes in the importance of every voice being heard, and brings a deep understanding of how childhood experiences shape us throughout life.

Breda works with clients aged 16 and over, both in person and online and sessions are priced at €60.
