Hayley
Hayley is part of our low cost counselling team at Four Swans and has been with us for almost a year now. She has one new appointment opening at 8pm on Monday 6th October. She is in her final year of study at DBS on a track to become accredited with IAHIP. She works predominantly from a psychodynamic perspective, with a particular focus on attachment styles and the dynamics of relationship.
Central to her approach is the therapeutic relationship itself, which becomes a space where new patterns of relating can emerge.
Through talk therapy, she aims to co-create a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages clients’ autonomy and personal empowerment.
Rather than directing the process, she follow the client’s lead, allowing the therapy to unfold at their pace and in the direction that feels most meaningful to them.
