Pamela

Pamela is a qualified Pilates and Yoga teacher with a focus on creating inclusive, accessible, and results-driven classes. Drawing on training in Pilates, Yoga, and Holistic Therapies, Pamela blends mindful movement with functional strength to support clients of all ages and abilities. I am passionate about making movement a positive and sustainable part of everyday life. From mixed-level classes for beginners and experienced practitioners to family-friendly sessions like Wiggle & Flow, my goal is to help individuals and families move with confidence, improve wellbeing, and cultivate a balanced lifestyle.

My Pilates classes focus on building core strength, mobility, balance, and tone. Using both mat-based exercises and small equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and magic circles, each class is designed to improve posture, support everyday movement, and enhance overall body awareness. My sessions are welcoming to complete beginners, yet challenging enough for those looking to deepen their practice.

My Yoga classes offer a harmonious blend of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. With a focus on fluid sequences and relaxation, my sessions promote flexibility, calm, and inner balance. Every class is crafted to be inclusive — from restorative practices to gentle yet energising flows — ensuring yoga is both accessible and transformative.

I also offer family yoga sessions, including Wiggle & Flow, a playful and engaging class designed for children aged 3–10 and their families to move, laugh, and build confidence together.
