Integrative Psychotherapist CBT | Humanistic | Women's Mental Health Paula is an integrative psychotherapist with a warm, humanistic approach. She recently completed her training, is awaiting application for IACP pre-accreditation, and has completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In September, she will begin further studies in Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Paula works with a range of general mental health concerns, with a particular interest in supporting women through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity challenges, and self-worth issues. She is passionate about creating an open, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel truly heard and empowered.
Her path into psychotherapy was motivated by her own transformative experience in therapy. That journey sparked a strong desire to help others reconnect with themselves and find a sense of balance, clarity, and self-compassion.
In addition to one-to-one therapy, Paula facilitates monthly women’s circles and workshops at Four Swans Therapy. These gatherings offer a safe, supportive community space for women to connect, share, and grow together.
Although Paula currently has no availability for one-to-one sessions, you can contact Four Swans Therapy to be added to her waiting list.
