As both a psychotherapist and former HSE Mental Health pharmacist, Ciara McEvoy offers a truly unique and profound perspective on healing and personal growth. A pharmacist for 30years, Ciara has had thousands of conversations with patients, deeply understanding how life's struggles impact both physical and mental health. This extensive background informs her belief that many chronic illnesses and symptoms can stem from unresolved trauma, life challenges or relationship difficulties. Ciara holds a Masters (MSc) in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). A session with Ciara is €80.
Veronica is an accredited psychotherapist with IACP working with adults (16+). She works within your own personal experience and provides a tailored therapeutic approach for you, based on your own needs and experiences. A session with Veronica is €70
Helen is one of the managing directors and co-founder of Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Centre. Helen works in person and online and her session fee is €75
Informed by his personal love of hiking trails like the Camino de Santiago, the Himalayas in Nepal and Ireland, and his travels throughout India, Paddy views therapy as a journey of discovery—one that requires patience, resilience, and openness. His session fee is €50
Viv is a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist. She completed her Masters in Science in Systemic Psychotherapy and Professional Qualification in Family Therapy at Queens University Belfast and Clanwilliam Institute, Dublin. She also works as a qualified Senior Social Worker in the Health Service Executive (HSE) and qualified with a Master’s in Social Work at Trinity College Dublin.
Perinatal Mental Health - Caroline is an Integrative Counsellor qualified in 2021 who tailors her sessions to meet the needs of the client. She is registered with BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), and has been working in SoSad Drogheda for the last 4 years seeing clients with various mental health issues. Caroline's fee is 60 euros.
Meet Kirsty, a BACP registered psychotherapist on our online counselling team. Kirsty specialises in supporting people living with chronic illnesses, chronic pain, and fatigue or disability. She holds an MSc in Counselling and Therapeutic Communication, a BA (Hons) in Psychology and an FdSc in Integrative Counselling Practice. Her session fee is €75.
We welcome Dr James O’Shea, a highly experienced and compassionate CBT psychotherapist who specialises in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and trauma-related conditions.
